Vineyards reads submissions year round, but we ask that contributors limit their submissions to once annually. Please send only hard copies of 3-4 poems of under 30 lines each. Include your name, address, e-mail and phone number in the upper-left hand corner of each page. Please send all submissions to the address below. No e-mail submissions will be considered. Include a postcard for acknowledgment. No manuscripts will be returned and, given the large number of submissions Vineyards receives, we will be unable to critique manuscripts.

Vineyards does not accept simultaneous submissions, but if you have not heard from us in three months, you can assume that your work is no longer under consideration and are free to submit it elsewhere. Vineyards does not accept translations, haiku, or poems that have been or will be published elsewhere. We also rarely accept poems over 30 lines long. All visual art for the journal is commissioned.
